    • Community Impact: Must have demonstrated a positive influence in her industry, community, or beyond, leaving a memorable impression on others.

    • Inspiration: Motivates and uplifts others through her actions, stories, or achievements.

    • Authenticity: Remains genuine and approachable, earning the trust and respect of those around her.

    • Engagement: Actively engages with her community, whether in person or through social media, creating meaningful connections.

    • Broad Appeal: Her story, work, or contributions should resonate with a wide audience and inspire admiration and support.

    • Eligibility: Open to women across industries, organizations, and roles who have a meaningful connection with their community or public audience.

    • Voting Process: Final selection is determined by public votes, ensuring the award represents the voice of the people.

    • Public Nominations: Must be nominated by members of the community, social media followers, or the general public, with compelling reasons for her selection.

All nominations will be submitted to our panel of judges with names and any identifying details removed. This ensures an unbiased evaluation process.

  1. Criteria-Based Evaluation:
    Judges will assess each nomination based on the specific criteria of the award category and a predetermined curriculum created by The NXT Level Collective Leadership Team and their trusted advisors.

  2. Top Nominees Announced:
    After careful evaluation, the top three finalists in each category will be recognized on stage (2 runner ups & 1 Award winner), and all nominees will be recognized and celebrated for their incredible contributions.

  3. Celebrate Together:
    Whether you’re a nominee or not, we encourage you to join us at the Gala to celebrate the incredible achievements of women in our community. It’s an evening of connection, recognition, and inspiration you won’t want to miss!

Once the top three nominees for each category have been selected, they will be announced via email and social media. Make sure you’re on our mailing list to stay updated!

If you are notified as a Top 3 nominee, we strongly encourage you to secure your ticket if you haven’t already. The winners will be announced live at the event on March 1, 2025, and all finalists will be honored and celebrated for their achievements!
